Nylon Biodegradable Yarn

Biodegradable additives are thoroughly mix with the base polymer in molten form during the melt extrusion process, forming numerous biodegradable spots in the nylon matrix. Spots act as pathways that enable naturally occurring microorganisms to break down and digest biodegradable yarns, producing essential natural elements that are activated under specific mechanisms. Fabrics woven using its fibers do not biodegrade or deteriorate prematurely during use or during daily care. Sustainable textile materials that can be blended with recycled or virgin materials and reduce the persistence of fugitive synthetic microfiber contamination.

Why is it necessary to apply with Biodegradable Nylon 6 Yarn?

About 110KG microfiber is discharged every day when people wash clothes are in city (Regular city size :100,000 people),it equals to 15000 plastic bags.

Biodegradation tests are continuing.
