It indicates nylon 6 yarns with a strength which is higher than 7g/D. Using high viscosity chips, the yarns extruded by melting,cooling and spinning, then subjected to dual oil coating and bunching. Combined with multi-stage high magnification stretching and high-temperature stepwise shaping to obtain high orientation nylon 6 yarns.High tenacity nylon 6 yarn has mechanical properties similar to nylon 6 industrial yarn, but much lower price, so it has good application prospects in military textiles and high-end luxury fields.
